From attempting our first home-brewing beer kit years ago, we were instantly hooked. Looking back, that first Irish Stout probably wasn’t very good, but it put the seed in us to begin learning and improving our skills. Many years and award-winning beers later, we are still learning on a daily basis, but feel confident enough to share our great beers with the public. 

Starting out as a dream that we shared from the very beginning, Hop Hill Brewing Company is the culmination of a lot of blood and sweat that we put into our beer. We hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy making and sharing it with you!
